Returns & Exchange Policy

Return

You can return your item upon 14 days of the receipt of the item you wish to return. Please send us an email to include your order numberfeelamara@gmail.comfor more information on how to process a return.

Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return label. The delivery fee for the items sent for return belongs to the customer.

Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. Refund is the same as the order paid.

Earrings and pierced items can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items sales are final and we cannot refund them.

If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear, we cannot accept a return - they must be in a resealable condition.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange your item within 14 days of the receipt of the item you wish to exchange. Please send us an email to include your order number,feelamara@gmail.com, for more information on how to process an exchange.

FAULTY GOODS

All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged.

If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please get in touch immediately via feelamara@gmail.com. Attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.

If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered "misuse by the buyer".

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

*If the courier could not find a safe place to leave the parcel
*If you have not paid the customs tax (for international orders only) 
The parcel is returned to us.

When the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items.

Delivery charges are not refundable.

If you still want the items, you need to create a new order.

Customs Duties and Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.

At Feelamara, we offer free delivery worldwide. However, the return label has to be purchased by the buyer and is not refundable, including any tariffs &/or other charges.

In cases where the customer provides an incorrect address, fails to pay customs duties, or decides to cancel the order, we are unable to refund the full shipping cost paid to the courier service.

In such instances, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the refund process can only be initiated once the returned package is received by us.
